José Rayos

José is based in Panama at the Regional Center for Latin America and the Caribbean and will support implementation of the operational, administrative, and selected thematic project activities to ensure the successful delivery of the project outcomes. Jose has over 20 years of experience working for private, public and international organizations.

Since 2009, José has supported the Office for Latin America and the Caribbean of the WFP, UNFPA and the UNDP Panama CO in key administrative and program related positions.
